Every time we go they tell us that they will have to check to see if they have it.

The ONLY reason I use them is for the points for gas. I ask if they can call another Kroger to fill it, and they say "the system" will not allow them to do that. So, I call the Target Pharmacy in the same shopping center and they take total care of me within 10 minutes.

Also when my doctor gives me a prescription that isn't on their $4.00 generics list, the staff helps me find an equivalent that is on the list so I can have my doctor change my prescription. My doctor has been able to use something on that list every 3 reviews of Kroger Pharmacy "Worst customer service in Griffin. Staff is rude, condescending, and full of attitude.
